 RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Supervintage 4 days Retrun/Exchange policy gives you the option to exchange or retrun items purchased from the website for SIZE and DIFFERENT PRODUCT within 4 days of receipt of the item.

  • To initiate an retrun/ exchange, please email us @ sup3rvintage@gmail.com or login on the wesbite and issue a return request within 4 days of receiving the item.

  • Once your exchange is approved, our team will schedule a pickup within 2-3 business days at your preferred time. Please note that someone must be present to hand over the item during pickup. If you're unable to be present at the scheduled time, you may ship the item to our warehouse at your convenience (shipping costs will apply)

  • Retrun/Exchange Fee: For all  Retrun/exchanges, a nominal exchange fee of INR 149 will be charged which will be included in the replacement order invoice.This fee helps cover the cost of processing and handling the exchange. In case of return the amount will be refunded IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT ONLY.

 

  • NOTE: Kindly ensure that the products are being returned in their original packet with proper tags and unused condition. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the rejection of the return, as per our policy.
  • Please make sure that you include the shipping label while returning the parcel.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 2-3 business days.
  • Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.
  • Typically, it takes 10-15 days to complete your exchange request.
  • If you prefer a return, no problem! We offer store credit , valid for 6 months, so you can find something else you’ll love.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN IF ;

  • (1) the product/s are returned after use
  • (2) the products are damaged
  • (3) not returned in original packaging with tags intact.
  • If you have received a defective product, share images at sup3rvintage@gmail.com within 24 hours of recieving the package and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. The request will not be considered if a customer fails to inform about the defective product within 24 hours.

  • In case of defective or incorrect products it is mandatory to upload relevant images.
  • It may take 24-48 hours for your request to be approved/ rejected
  • Once your request is approved , the same will be picked up in 1-3 working days by our courier partner.
  • Please take a picture or video of the product while you are handing it over to the delivery boy as a proof for any disputes in the future
  • Please handover the item which the delivery boy has come to collect only.
  • If any unaccounted items are handed over , the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver us only the item for which pickup is arranged.
  • Retrun/Exchange can be done on the same product for the size or difference product ONLY ONCE.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit is valid till 6 month from the date of issue. 


CANCELLATION AND REFUND 

To cancel or modify your order, send us an email to sup3rvintage@gmail.com with your order details and we'll cancel or modify it promptly.
In case of cancellation, we will initiate refund of your payment within 24 hrs and It will be credited to your account by payment service providers used at the time of placing an order.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations or modification of order, once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment centers.
