Shipping Info

1.) Once the order is placed, the order is dispatched within 24 – 48 hours.
NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE ON END OF SEASON SALE.
Orders placed after Fridays at 11:00 AM will be dispatched only on the following Mondays.

2.) We prioritize every order & work to arrange the delivery within the turnaround time. However, we may not cover delivery delays due to:
a.) Customer unavailability
b.) Given address is not valid/wrong/incomplete
c.) Delay in delivery due to weather conditions or natural disasters
d.) For Remote / ODA (Out of Delivery Area) locations, where carrier service is limited, it may take longer than normal delivery timings and we do not guarantee delivery timings in any way.

3.) The product is delivered within 4–6 working days from the product dispatch date. However, sometimes it may arrive early or take longer than usual.

4.) Once the order is dispatched, you will receive tracking notification via email and WhatsApp/text message.

5.) We do not guarantee delivery timings in any way as we use third-party logistic services. Once we hand over the package to the carrier, we don't have much control over it. However, we try our best to deliver it on time and our logistics team coordinates with the respective carrier to get it delivered as soon as possible.

6.) Please note that our shipping partners may not deliver Supervintage orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

7.) Our Shipping Partners: Blue Dart for 95% of our orders, and other 5% — Delhivery, Trackon Couriers, Anjani Couriers, The Professional Couriers, Skyking Couriers, and India Post for remote locations.

Note: Whichever shipping partner has service at the delivery location, our system will ship through that carrier.
